I do not want to start a huge debate, nor am I only bringing this up because I want to be considered (I don't want the job), but since we had a mass exodus from the guild a little while ago, combined with the fact that we lost a good number of JM's, I would like to see the current leadership entertain the idea of adding more leadership.
The reasoning behind this is that we have at least one (realistically it should be two) JM online and ACTIVE at any given time during the day. The current leadership needs to address this issue so that the guild will not be limited by a lack of JM's online (such as GPQ). The other reason is to provide more voices within the guild to help with conflict resolution.
i agree, though atm i dont know who this would be, we need someone who is active in the earlier part of the day, as me/jeni/bala are usually on in the afternoons Read the directions, and directly you'll be directed in the right direction.
