1. During closed/private recruitment; the application must be voted on by the guild JR's/admins as to if the application should be posted or not (Mods: thread will be posted in admin chat).

During the open/public recruitment process this will not happen.

2. After a member new member joins on a trial membership; a thread will be posted in the VIP section for members to vote on when and if the new recruit should be moved/given full membership status.
