I'm on the fence, i love any char that has ice/water elements, i always played any ice/water/lightning element class in a mmo i've played... On the other hand, it is a warrior... and im not a huge fan of warriors, though i have wanted to try making a paladin for fun.
Personally i see everyone making one, getting to 30-50 and quitting, people just dont like to play warriors. plus i think the combo system will be over difficult for many maple players, who are notoriously lazy... look how many people just bitch about pirate skills being too complicated to operate. aran is much more complicated lol
i doubt you'll see the number of people sticking with them vs cygnus. cheap weapons is also a plus, pole arms may surge for awhile but they'll go back down to being cheap, pole arm scrolls are one of the easiest to acquire in game.
It all feels like a very nitch job, warrior meets ice magic, not many useful buffs that i know of? the selection of ice weak enemies really sucks after 3rd job. esp with bossing.
