Items of interest: Cygnus knights no longer require another character on the account (nor a character to be tied to). Meaning we may have gotten the update to allow you to edit your cygnus characters tie from one character to another.
Happiest news n____n zakum helms are saved. Nerfed from 19 stat all to all 15 with a chance to get 17 on a base stat/no speed. Can be scissored.
